Yes! MOISS & ICE black moissanite passes a diamond tester.
Conventional thermal diamond testers measure how effectively a gemstone conducts heat. Moissanite conducts heat effectively enough that these testers can register it similarly to diamond.
That does not mean moissanite is diamond. They are different gemstones, and specialized testing equipment can distinguish between them.
