At MOISS & ICE Canada, we stand behind the quality of every piece we create. Our jewelry is crafted using premium materials, including D Color VVS moissanite, solid 925 sterling silver, and solid gold options which are all durable settings designed for long-lasting wear.
To give you confidence in your purchase, every eligible piece is backed by our Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects.
What Is Covered
Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including:
- Loose moissanite stones caused by a manufacturing defect
- Defective clasps, settings, solder points, or closures
- Structural defects resulting from the manufacturing process
- Defects in craftsmanship that affect the normal use of the item
- Manufacturing-related failures of chains, bracelets, earrings, pendants, and rings
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, MOISS & ICE Canada will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
If the original item is no longer available, we may provide a replacement of equal value or store credit equal to the original purchase price.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches, dents, or surface damage
- Bent rings, chains, bracelets, earrings, or settings
- Damage caused by pulling, snagging, impact, or accidental breakage
- Lost or stolen items
- Lost stones resulting from accidental damage
- Damage caused by chemicals, perfumes, lotions, cleaning products, chlorine, or salt water
- Improper care, storage, or handling
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, resizing, or modifications
- Normal wear of the 18K gold finish after the applicable plating warranty period
Moissanite Brilliance Guarantee
Our premium moissanite stones are designed to maintain their brilliance, fire, and sparkle for life. Genuine moissanite will not become cloudy, fade, or lose its brilliance under normal wear.
Custom & Personalized Jewelry
Custom-made, personalized, engraved, or modified jewelry is covered against manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of delivery.
Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team with:
- Your order number
- Photos or videos showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by MOISS & ICE Canada.
Shipping & Handling
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty claims. Return shipping fees may apply for repaired or replacement items.
MOISS & ICE Canada 18K Gold Finish Warranty
At MOISS & ICE Canada, we use a premium 5-layer, 3-micron thick 18K gold finish over solid 925 sterling silver to provide exceptional durability, shine, and longevity.
Because gold finishes naturally experience wear over time, all 18K White Gold, Yellow Gold, and Rose Gold finished jewelry is covered by our 6-Month Gold Finish Warranty.
What Is Covered
For 6 months from the date of delivery, MOISS & ICE Canada will repair or replate your jewelry if excessive fading, or discoloration occurs under normal wear.
Coverage applies only when the issue is determined to be related to the finish itself and not external causes.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear after the 6-month warranty period
- Scratches, dents, abrasions, or surface wear
- Exposure to perfumes, lotions, cosmetics, cleaning products, chlorine, salt water, or other chemicals
- Improper storage or handling
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect
- Jewelry altered, repaired, or modified by a third party

- Photos of the affected area
- A brief description of the issue
All claims are subject to inspection and approval by MOISS & ICE Canada.
Additional Terms
- This warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Warranty coverage is non-transferable.
- MOISS & ICE Canada reserves the right to determine whether an issue is the result of a manufacturing defect or normal wear and tear.
