Lifetime Warranty
Every piece is handcrafted and may feature slight natural variations in color or size, especially with stones. Light scratches over time are normal since silver/gold are a soft metal. These subtle differences give each piece its own character and are not considered defects.
Our warranty does not cover lost items, misuse, or damage from everyday wear. We are not able to offer international repairs at this time.
Pieces purchased or altered through third party vendors are not covered. Items from Sample Sales, Collaboration Collections, or gifts received through promotions are also excluded from warranty coverage.

Any damaged items delivered with no visible damage to the packaging must be reported within 2 business days of delivery to qualify for a replacement. Contact us through our form.
